Etiquette & Booking Policy
To ensure a relaxed experience and allow us to provide the best possible service to every client, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our policies.
Appointments & Arrival
Treatments are available by appointment for clients aged 16 and over. For younger clients, please contact us directly to discuss suitable services.
Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred appointment time.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment..
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply.
Please place mobile devices on silent and disable vibration during your visit.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Services and treatments are non-refundable once rendered. Any corrections, adjustments or remedial treatments will be provided at the salon’s discretion.
Right of admission is reserved.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Where possible, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made with more than 12 hours’ notice will incur no penalty.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
Cancellations within 12 hours of an appointment will incur a 100% fee.
